All experiences offered through Crete Chefs must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
We facilitate the possibility of your reservations through many offered options.

You can make your reservation:

1. Via the Reservation System of cretechefs.com
From the BOOKING field within each experience:
Simply select the experience you are interested in through our website and then book your experience step-by-step, guided and assisted by our booking system.

2. Via the Contact Form
Through a message through our site on the contact page. Simply fill out the contact form and we will contact you about your booking, but first make sure you read and agree to our terms and conditions and then gather the information required for your booking:
• Full name
• The experience you are interested in
• The date of the experience
• The start time of the experience
• The number of participants
• Your email address

3. Via the Crete Chefs chat
On every page of our website there is a chat button at the bottom right. You can tell us about the experience you’re interested in and we’ll take you step-by-step through your booking, but first make sure you read and agree to our terms and conditions and then gather the information required for your booking:
• Full name
• The experience you are interested in
• The date of the experience
• The start time of the experience
• The number of participants
• Your email address

4. Via phone call
You can book one of the experiences offered by Crete Chefs over the phone by simply contacting us, but please make sure you first read and agree to our terms and conditions and then gather the information required for your reservation:

5. Via email
Make the Reservation through your e-mail. You can contact us to make your reservation together at the email: info@cretechefs.com, but first, make sure to read and agree to our terms and conditions and then gather the information required for your reservation:

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CRETE CHEFS CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING!

• IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELED BY US:
We assure you that our company will avoid your inconvenience at all costs. Some reasons that may lead us to cancel or postpone are:

• Severe weather conditions
• Fires
• Natural Disaster
• Prohibition of traffic by the police or port authority
• Terrorism, war
• Serious accidents
• Mechanical problems with our vehicles which cannot be resolved within 24 hours
or any other event for which our company is responsible.

In all the above cases you will be informed in time so that you can reschedule or cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event of cancellation on our behalf you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Crete Chefs has the right to proceed with modifications or changes, for safety reasons, weather changes, or any other reason that may affect the program or the duration of the experience.

In case of cancellation of your reservation 7 days before the date of the event.

In case of cancellation of your reservation 4-6 days before the date of the event.

In case of cancellation of your reservation 1-2 days or less before the event.

PAYMENTS POLICY

PLEASE READ CRETE CHEFS PAYMENT POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING!

• USE OF OUR WEBSITE RESERVATION SYSTEM
To book one of our recommended experiences, 20% payment of the total amount is required.
For our personalized service experience, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the agreed price is required, no later than 5 days after receiving the confirmation email.

To make a payment through cretechefs.com, follow the instructions below:

Enter your personal and payment information. We use a secure payment gateway to ensure your details are safe.
Check and confirm your booking details.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

• BOOKING BY PHONE
If you wish to book one of our recommended experiences over the phone, the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
You will receive our bank account via SMS or e-mail. Full payment must be made 10 days before the date of the experience.

The same procedure is followed for booking via chat, via email, or the Crete Chefs contact form.

• PayPal
